- The F&I Trainer's primary responsibility is to establish and manage the F&I Training Academy, providing structured and continuous development for F&I personnel.
- The role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality training programs that align with the company's business objectives while ensuring F&I staff are up to date with systems, procedures, and industry standards.

- Proven ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Expertise in writing and maintaining up-to-date training manuals.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and coaching skills with a focus on driving performance improvement.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with National and Regional F&I Managers to ensure training objectives align with company goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a training role, ideally within the finance or automotive sector.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry or financial services is a strong advantage.
